Experience in Analysis, Design, Development and Maintenance of various software applications in Data Warehousing. Extensively worked on SQL and PL/SQL - Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Cursors, Triggers, Indexes, Views and Inline Views. Strong Knowledge in Relational Database Concepts, Entity Relation Diagrams, Normalization and denormalization Concepts. Expertise in building Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW), Operational Data Store (ODS), Data Marts, using Data modeling tool ERWIN and Dimensional modeling techniques (Kimball and Inmon), Star and Snowflake schema addressing Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs- Type1, Type3&Type3). Have good knowledge on Tableau, Teradata, OBIEE and Business Objects (BO XI r2). Responsible for all activities related to the development, implementation, administration and support of ETL processes for large-scale data warehouses.
Experience in Business Intelligence solutions and data warehouse complete life cycle. Good understanding/hands-on on AWS cloud technologies such as S3, EC2, VPC, RDS and IAM. Strong SQL and experience in ETL methodology for supporting data extraction and testing in BI applications. Experience in testing lifecycle like design, planning, testing, debugging and maintenance. Good experience in ETL Data migration projects.
Responsible for the design and development of organization-wide data analytics and reporting solutions. Standardize data management infrastructure by overseeing the standard usage of tools for data modeling and metadata management. Expertise in T-SQL; adept at writing fast and reusable SQL . ETL experience from heterogeneous data sources. Experience working with reporting and data analysis tools. Strong data and trend visualization skills (understanding of appropriate visualization techniques based on the data set)
